Answers
What is Akrux?
Akrux is an early-stage, human-assisted AI-visibility audit and improvement service for businesses in Kazakhstan. The browser application provides the free diagnostic audit; the Akrux team separately plans and performs agreed improvement work after a call.
Who is Akrux for?
Akrux currently focuses on business owners in Kazakhstan who want evidence about how their company appears when people ask AI systems about a category, need, location or comparison. The audit is most useful when the business already has public information that can be checked.
What does the free audit include?
The audit creates a dated sample of customer-style prompts and AI-generated answers. The private report can include visibility metrics, separate branded recognition, provider-level results, competitor appearances, answer-level positions, Share of Voice and cited sources. Coverage and failed requests are shown rather than replaced with invented data.
Which AI model families are included in the free audit?
The normal free audit covers model families associated with ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. The report records the family used for each sampled answer, and provider availability can affect coverage or timing.
Does Akrux directly scan the consumer ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity apps?
No. The audit uses configured provider APIs and model families associated with those products; it does not automate each consumer chat application. Personalization, interface features and model changes can therefore produce different answers for an individual user.
What happens after the audit?
The owner reviews the private report and may book a call. Akrux can explain the evidence, identify practical gaps and propose a scope of work. If both sides agree, the team manually performs the agreed improvements; this work is separate from the free audit.
What can manual improvement work involve?
Depending on the audit, work may include correcting inconsistent business facts, improving crawlability and entity clarity, improving service, About or FAQ pages, creating useful factual content, strengthening relevant local listings and sources, and reviewing citation or competitor gaps. Not every engagement includes every activity.
Does Akrux guarantee indexing, citations, rankings or recommendations?
No. AI systems remain independent, and answers vary by model, wording, date and retrieved sources. Akrux cannot purchase or guarantee indexing, mentions, citations, positions, rankings or recommendations.
Does Akrux provide continuous or real-time monitoring?
No. Scans and rescans are started by the user and produce dated samples. A later scan can show directional movement, but Akrux does not currently run continuous monitoring or automatic optimization.
Are audit reports public?
No. Business profiles, account prompts, sampled answers, competitor reports and scan results remain behind authentication. Public pages explain the service and methodology without exposing customer reports.
Does Akrux currently focus on Kazakhstan?
Yes. Businesses in Kazakhstan are the primary market. The interface and public information are currently available in Russian and English, and a city can be supplied for local discovery questions.
Is Akrux still in testing?
Yes. Akrux is in an early testing stage. The initial audit is currently free within application and provider limits, while optional improvement work is scoped separately. Availability and the service process may evolve as the model is validated.
